She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kahm and Agnes Kahm; her half-siblings, Shirley Ellen Talley, Bobby Allard and Timmy Allard; and also, Ned Cockrum and Elsie Cockrum.

She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Cockrum, Sr.; her siblings, Douglas Kahm and Helen Virginia Scott; her children, Kathleen O'Conner (Jon O'Connor) and Donald L. Cockrum II (Amber Cockrum); her grandchildren, Robert Carver (Gemma Marowski), Megan O'Connor, Nathan Cockrum, Brandon Cockrum and Madilyn Cockrum; and her great grandchildren, Ellysium Carver, Ethyn O'Connor and Caelan Carver. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
