As De Etta departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved De Etta. Though De Etta may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hjalmer Bernhardt and Lola Stav (Gustafson). She is survived by: her sons, Wade and Todd Nelson; her granddaughter Kaitlyn; and her sons, Dominic and Jake. She is also survived by 30 nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cloverdale Funeral Home (1100 N Cloverdale Rd, Boise, ID 83713).
