He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wales and Paulanne Atkinson. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Monique (Jason), Dawn (Michael) and Christian (Michael); and his grandchildren, Tice, Dylan, Giordan, Braylen, Luke, Kaylee and Samuel. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
