It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Boyd Poe (Boise, Idaho), born in Deer Lodge, Montana, who passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Boyd departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Boyd may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Boyd leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Poe and Mary Poe. He is survived by: his children, Theodore Poe, Timothy Poe, Sharlene Weber and Irene Qualman; his siblings, Gerald L. Poe (Christina) and Tina Williamson (Ryan); and also Charles Jr. Poe. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
A committal service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery (10100 N Horseshoe Bend Rd, Boise, ID 83714).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Idaho State Veterans Home per the request of Butch.
