She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Wright and Ellen D. Chilman; her husband Leslie G. Lewis of Luke's Hospital; and her brothers, Donovan, Gordon and Randal (Randy).
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Lewis (Brenda) of Meridian, Valerie Mendis of Star, Duane Lewis (Jodi) of Caldwell and Marc Lewis (Autum) of Boise. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
