He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Madsen and Leatha Dunford Madsen; his wife Joyce; and his son Dennis. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark A Madsen and Virginia Madsen Laker. He is also survived by widow, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
