It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Romualda Leija of Bliss, Idaho, who passed away on July 6, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Florencio Quintero Perez and Zenona Guillen Rodriguez; her husband Abraham Leija; and her son Francisco Leija. She is survived by: her children, J. Cruz Leija of Jerome, Javier Leija of Gooding, Alberto Leija of Bliss, Fernando Leija of Pipestone, Minnesota, Maria Luisa Leija of Kuna, Modesta Leija Salgado of Kuna, Estela Maxwell of Boise and Anna V. Leija-Valdez of Jerome; and her siblings, Bruno Quintero, Arroyo, Trina Pena of San Antonio, Julia Quintero Bernal of Monterey, Nuevo Leon and Mexico. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
