He is survived by: his wife Gayla Furniss Paulk of Blackfoot, ID; his sister Mary Beets of Klamath Falls, OR; and his children, Arlene Osborn of Blackfoot, Joseph Osborn (Wendy) of Blackfoot, Robert Osborn (Tawnya) of Blackfoot, Raymond Osborn (Sarah) of Rainier, OR and Rosana Tygret of Rainier, OR. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter.
