He was predeceased by: his brothers, David and Tate. He is survived by: his wife Cheryle Eason-Fowler; his children, Gretchen Kinghorn (Cory) and Frank Peter Fowler; his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Zachary; and his great grandchild Cooper.
