He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVere Olson and Harold Otto Dean; and his brother Steve (Karen). He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Gerstner Lemmert; his children, Tamara (Benny), Julianne, David (Jenna), Richard (Stacy) and Emily (Jason); his wife Debra; his stepchildren, Paula (Ron), Eric, Sheri (David), Sue, Andy, Michelle (Neal) and Michael; and his siblings, Colleen (Cole), Carma (Kyle), Kim (Alan) and Kent (Kalena). He is also survived by grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the missionary fund for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or a charity of your choice.
