He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Leroy Berkheimer, Sr. and Mildred Kaye Berkheimer (Williams); and his great-niece Lillian Lopez. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Howard Berkheimer (Denice) of Gilbert, Walter Randal Berkheimer (Pamela) of Chester and Jill Berkheimer Noble of Arlington. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and 21 grand nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Flamm Funeral Home (61 N 1st E, Rexburg, ID 83440). The military honors was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery (2651 Cromwell Ln, Blackfoot, ID 83221).
