We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2024, at the age of 76, Evelyn Kay Herbst of Blackfoot, Idaho, born in Wendell, Idaho passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, A. Clell Jacobson and Mabel Evelyn Spencer Jacobson; her brother Gary; and her sister-in-law Stephanie Jacobson. She is survived by: her husband Alan Herbst; her children, Paul of Midlothian, VA, Mark (Kyra) of Humble, TX, Rachelle Christensen (Brian) of Rexburg, ID, Merri Sorensen (Bryan) of Lehi, UT and Misty Stetzer (Sean) of Keller, TX; her brothers, Denny Jacobson (Sherri) of Blackfoot, ID, Doug Jacobson (LeeAnn) of Wendell, ID and Randy Jacobson of Twin Falls, ID; and her sister-in-law Connie Jacobson of Jerome, ID.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the 6th LDS Chapel (660 Teton Rd, Blackfoot, ID 83221, USA).
