He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel Ciccone and Laural Louise Taylor Ciccone; his former wife Shirley Rae Thompson Ciccone; and his children, John Stephen Marshall Ciccone and Ginger Kaye Ciccone.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ciccone; and his children, Donald M (Gina) Ciccone (Utah), Tony (Karolyn) Ciccone (Idaho), Sherry Ciccone (Idaho) and Nikki Ciccone (New Hampshire). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and over 30 great grandchildren as well as three stepchildren.
