He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Mulligan (KC) and Jenn Parquette; his siblings, Mason Wray and Axel Mulligan; his grandparents, Cherie Schroeder (Wade), Shawn Mulligan and Linda Mulligan; and his cousin Losi.
