He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kotter and Helen Kotter. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his sons, Jeff (Debbie) and Steve (Christa); his grandchildren, Jack, Emma and Grace; his great grandchild Sage; his sisters, Karen Smith and Deborah Kotter Barkley (Byron); his nephew Rob Smith; and his pet Rosy. He is also survived by family members and friends.
