He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Parker and LaVeda Parker; his wife Carol Parker; and his sister Valene Parker Wells. He is survived by: his former wife Maurette Davis (Divorced); his brothers, Marlan Parker (Idaho), Eugene Parker (Idaho) and Farrell Parker (Idaho); and his children, Joyce Simpson (Oregon), Gary Parker (Illinois) and Wayne Parker (Wyoming). He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
