He was predeceased by: his parents, Raoul Wistisen and Cora J. Wistisen. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Tolman Wistisen; his children, Tamara Rodriguez and Jason Wistisen (Danelle); his grandchildren, Ashley, Dustin (Monique), Travis Steele (Emily), Gabriel (Matteo), Jayden, Jensen, Carson, Nathan, Matthew, Luke Wistisen, Kade Stoker (Bri), Mason (Anniken), Charlee, Levi Blettenberg, Mcky Averett (Logan), Brookel Norwood (Caleb), Kaleb, Kyle (Kendall), Trevor Mills, Logan, Kyler, Gavin, Hunter and Cora Neville; and his great grandchildren, Sloane, Sakora Steele, Logan and Blaiyr Stoker.
During the Caribou County Fair, you could find him supporting his kids in 4-H and serving up hamburgers for the North Gem Foundation food stand.
