She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Girard and Della Welch Mathews; her siblings, Marie Moore (Johnny), Sarah Doane (Harry), Fred Mathews and Mary Jean Hayward; and her parents-in-law, Marva Mickelsen, Charlie Mickelsen (Dorothy), Bobby Lee Mickelsen (Ila), George Mickelsen, Floyd Banks, Joel Simmons, Adrian Mickelsen and Ireta Mickelsen.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Bob Hayward of South Fork, CO, Peggy Mathews of Cody, WY, Erma Banks of Chesterfield, ID, Delila Simons of Chesterfield, ID, Karen Mickelsen of Pocatello, ID and Virginia Mickelsen of Boise, ID.. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren.
