With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of DeLila May Simons of Bancroft, Idaho, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 22, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Mickelsen and Grace Mickelsen; her husband Joel Simons; her grandchildren, Timothy Lyle Simons and Stephanie Lynn Hamp; her son-in-law Pete Jones; and her grandson Porter Booth.
She is survived by: her children, Jay, Leslie Simons of Kemmer Wy, Dennis, LeAnn Frandsen of Chesterfield, Lyle Simons of Fort Bridger Wy, Dale, Sharlene Simons of Grace Idaho, Shyrl, Colette Simons of Chesterfield Idaho, Joelene Jones of Filer Idaho, Grant and Tonya Simons of Chesterfield Idaho, Her; her sister Erma Banks of Chesterfield Id; and her sister-in-law Virginia Mickelsen of Boise Idaho.
Joel and DeLila served for 20 years at the Chesterfield Foundation.
