She is survived by: her sister Carol Cook; her husband Raymond West; her close friend Jerry Ryen; her daughter Malissa (Mike); her grandchildren, Rebecca Rosamond Puyallup (Adrien) and John Oliveira Jr.; her sister-in-law Joyce Crawford of Coeur; her nephew CJ Crawford (Savannah) of Colorado Springs, CO; and her niece Julie Crawford of Coeur d'Alene, ID. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
