For Ruth is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Browning and Phoebe Watts Browning; her husband John Blackburn; her children, John Steven Blackburn and Katherine Treva Norris; and her granddaughter Lisa Marie Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Perry (Terrell) of Idaho Falls, Cindy Thompson (Michael) of Idaho Falls, Gloria Irons (David) of Idaho Falls and Rick Blackburn (Rachel) of Idaho Falls. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
