He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph William and Ella Roysdon Baker; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Susan Burns; his children, James D. Baker of Centreville, VA and Amanda A. Baker of Ashton; his grandchildren, Hunter Zwart (Jasmine), Jack Getz and Kyria Johnson (Jerimiah); and his siblings, Edward L. Baker of Ucon and Mary Nedrow of Ashton.
