He is survived by: his children, Amy Phillips Pruitt of Idaho Falls, Daniel Phillips of Idaho Falls and Michael Phillips of Champaign, Illinois; his significant other JoAnna Phillips Reiber of Idaho Falls; his siblings, Mike Phillips (Jana) of Sugar City, Vincent Phillips of Rexburg, Kathy Pence (Arlen) of Klamath Falls and Eileen Mockli (Brad) of Ashton; his grandchildren, Jerime Tarpley, Taylor Phillips-Pruitt (Morgan), Damen Pruitt and Elizabeth Pruitt; and his great grandchild Luna Pruitt.
