He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Percy Nyborg and Rhoda Ann Foote Nyborg; his wife Raija-Leena; and his siblings, Elden Percy Nyborg, Lowell "Swede" Nyborg, Velva Nyborg Ostler and Nola Nyborg Goulding.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Michael "Mike" Nyborg (Kathryn) of Centerville, Bruce David Nyborg (Debi) of Idaho Falls and Maija-Liisa Adams of Rexburg; and his siblings, Gerald Nyborg (Juanita) of Rexburg, Milton Nyborg (Bea) of Pleasant Hill, California and Elna Sullivan (Roger) of Rexburg. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
