He was predeceased by: his son Branson Phelps. He is survived by: his parents, Leslie Bigler and Doyle Phelps (Bea); his children, Erika Wood (Jason), Lacy Miller (Brandon) and Dacoda Phelps; and his siblings, Felicia Frederick (Woody), Trent Phelps (Terrie), Angie Oberhansley (Steve) and Scott Phelps (Shelly). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
