He was predeceased by: his mother Elfrieda Leisalotta Gerlach; his brothers, Timothy Lee Palmer of Texas and Abraham Karl Palmer of Dutch Harbor, Alaska; and his father Elbert. He is survived by: his wife Karen Clark Palmer of Ashton, Idaho.; his children, Ronald Raymond Palmer (Monique) of Ashton, Idaho, David Shane Palmer (Britnie) of Ashton, Idaho and Christiana Naomi Willis (David) of Pocatello, Idaho; his daughter-in-law Lindsay Palmer of Ashton; his sisters, Ruth Alana Roberts of Pocatello, Idaho, Rebecca Lou Sumrell of Montana, Rachel Sue Wiley of Rexburg, Idaho, Mary Emilie Shumway of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Martha Elfieda Hillman of Mystic, Connecticut.; and his children, Randell Lee Palmer (Lindsay) and Stephanie Lynn Palmer.
