He is survived by: his children, Junell Williams, Delbert Wallace Loughney (Leigh), Wynn Loughney (Irma), Lonny Loughney (Belen), Thomas Loughney (Melissa), Delwyn Loughney (Lisa), Todd Loughney (Amy), Dwain Loughney (Amy), Abbie Duffy (Jay) and Jenny Price (Dennis); his son-in-law Thomas Martin; his sister Margaret Lent Bowman; and also Abbey Godfrey. He is also survived by 51 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren.
