He was predeceased by: his former wife Darlene Fern Rumsey Anderson; his parents, Irving Peter and Goldie Myrtle Moore Anderson; and his siblings, Marteal Anderson Watson, Catherine Anderson England, Carrol Anderson and Jay Anderson.

He is survived by: his former wife JoAnn Richards Anderson of Ashton; his children, Kurt Anderson (Carna) of Scottsdale and Tracy Anderson of Scottsdale; his spouse JoAnn Richards; and also, Alex Richards, Janalyn Larish (Scott) and Laura Wollan (Chris).
