He was predeceased by: his father Eric Phelps; and his brother Branson Phelps. He is survived by: his mother Teresa Phelps; his sisters, Erika Phelps and Lacy Miller (Brandon); and his grandparents, Kent, Gayle Fisher, Leslie Bigler, Doyle and Beatrice Phelps. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
