He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wayne Fisher and Francis Gooch; his grandson Nicholas Fisher; and his brothers-in-law, Carl Gooch and Donnie Baldwin.
He is survived by: his former wives, Julia Harper and Donna Lish; his wife Wanda Lewis Tracy; his sons, David Fisher and Douglas Fisher; his siblings, Donna Baldwin, Kent Fisher (Gayle), Ronnie Fisher (Loulla) and Anita Grigg (Daryl); and his sister-in-law Carol Fisher. He is also survived by five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
