He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlo Gunter and Melba Bennett Gunter. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his brothers, Alan Gunter (Linda) and Jay Gunter (Carol); and his children, Julirae Castleton (Brandt), Janeen Wright, Joe Gunter (Jennifer), Jeffrey Gunter (Mike), Jaime De (David) and Jennifer Neal.
