She is survived by: her former husband Jerome M. Evans; her children, Jim, Pam Welborn (Lloyd), Patti Owens (Pat) and Gerald Evans (Kristyn); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Mike, Andrea, Amy, William, Kristina, Ethan, Hannah and Carson; and her brothers, Leo Bruderer, Lynn Izatt, Lyle Izatt, Tim Izatt and Jody Atkin. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
