He is survived by: his wife Patsy Gardner of Pingree; his children, Cory Hicks (Shawn) of League City, Mindy Polatis (Clark) of Thomas and Brennon Jones (Kambrea) of Pingree; his grandchildren, Cody Hicks (Sidney), Wyatt Hicks (Caitlyn), Kandra Polatis, Tylie Polatis, Kara Permann (Austin), Seth Polatis, Dallie McClain (Gavin), Gracie Jones, Daxton Jones and Boede Jones; and his siblings, Kathleen Cole (Gerald), Elaine Martin (Marty), Phyllis Vincent (Lee), Eva Gyllenskog (Max), Betty Woodward (Rex), Marie Leatham (Scott) and Michael Jones (Velma). He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
