He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Payne and Melba Payne (Blaser); and his in-laws, Don and Barbara Pattee. He is survived by: his children, Brian William and Amber Joyce (Nick); his wife Patricia "Pat" Pattee Payne; his daughter-in-law Chrissy Payne; his grandchildren, Kyler, Braxton, Cashe, Kimber and Carter; his stepgranddaughter Jordan (Kasey); and his stepgreat-granddaughter Marlee. He is also survived by adopted children; nieces and nephews, cousins galore; and many close friends.
