She was predeceased by: her parents, George Harold Osborn and Jenny Lois Osborn (Sayre); her husband Raymond Isaak; her siblings, Melvin Lewis Osborn and Lois Thomas (Osborn); and her son Duane Harvey Isaak.
She is survived by: her son LaMar Isaak; her grandchildren, Conrad Isaak (Adriane) and RaNae Isaak (Ron); and her great grandchild Asher Isaak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
