She was predeceased by: her father Henry Lee Jolley. She is survived by: her mother Marijane Clay Jolley; her husband William Chojnacky (Bill); her sons, Lee Chojnacky and Logan Chojnacky (Cally); her grandson Vincent Cole Chojnacky; and her sisters, Julianne Jolley Richins (Greg) and Dalana Jolley Van Buren (Eldon).
