She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Davis and Delores Davis; and her children, Kelly Cassell and Perry Nielsen. She is survived by: her spouse Virgil Cook; and her children, Pete Nielsen (Linda), Pat Nielsen (Rexann) and Carla Snyder (Chris). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
