He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Clayton and Evelyn Clark (Peoples); his wife Christine Virginia Clapham; and his siblings, Robert, Lois Elkins, LaVonne Morehead and Ruth Siegel.
He is survived by: his close friends, Jason, Moose, Lynn and Wendy; his children, Elizabeth Bruns (Aaron) of Zwingle, IA and Robert Clark of Zwingle, IA; his granddaughters, Ava and Emily; and his siblings, Larry "Butch" Clark (Carol) of Zwingle, IA, Darlene Clark of Dubuque, IA and Betty Streets (Tom) of Scotch Grove, IA.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to the Key West Fire Department and Rescue Squad.
