With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Wagner of Zwingle, Iowa, who passed away on July 18, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "J. P." and Lavinia Sweeney (Hutchins); and her siblings, Bessie Ehlinger, Gracie Kane, L. J. Sweeney and Jim Sweeney.
She is survived by: her husband Merlin P. Wagner; her children, Mike Wagner (Terri) of Sycamore, IL, Marty Wagner (Dawn) of Dubuque, Mark Wagner (Jan) of LaMotte, Mary Kay Haverland (Terry "Louie") of Dubuque and Matt Wagner (Amy) of LaMotte; her grandchildren, Trent (Jenny), Jason, Benjamin (Jessica), Brandon, Brock, Jackson, Alivia and Gracyn Wagner; her great grandchildren, Trestan, Kyla, Cameron, Arabella and Iris; and her sister Lela McCormick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a Mary Wagner memorial fund has been established.
