He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carl, Joe, Anna, Ada, Clara, Agnes, Edith and Betty.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Decker of Sherrill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory (2595 Rockdale Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003). The military honors was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (10556 Military Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003).
