He is survived by: his wife Janaan; his daughters, Cindy Hook (Roger), Sally Krepfle (Mark), Susan Heilig (Tim) and Cathy Hayward; his grandchildren, Michelle Krepfle, Ryan Heilig (Lori), Lauren Heilig and Wes Hayward; and his stepgrandchildren, Marcy Davidson, Carrie Clauer, Stacy Ramaker, Jamie Balentine, Amanda Carder and Shirley Kempter.
