He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene Ann Roberts (Negan); his mothers, Arline Roberts and Anna Negan; his grandson Ryan Douglas Roberts; his sister Beverly Briese (Roberts); his brother-in-law Robert Briese; his nephew Bobby Briese; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Jean Schrage (Negan) and James Henry Negan.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney Alan Roberts (Trish), Deborah Ann Siemens (James), Terry Duane Roberts, Cynthia Rae Phillips (Virgil) and Angela Lynn Lund (Brian). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren 14 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be directed in Jack's name to the University of Iowa Children's Hospital, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or the Cornerstone Church of Christ.
