She is survived by: her children, Juan Diaz, Jr. (Jesusa), Jubentino (Patty), Julian (Anne), Jaime George and Josephine Cummings (Walter); and her grandson Jose Cummings. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson.
