He is survived by: his children, Steven Lahr (Debra) of Port Charlotte, FL, Angela Flynn (Paul) of Dubuque, IA and Gregory Lahr (Sherry) of Fayetteville, NC; his grandchildren, Sasha Lahr, Tessa Cawley (Brandon), Wyatt Lahr, Weston Lahr (Yvonne), Travis Lahr, Maxwel Flynn, Chandler Schemmel (Mark), Mason Flynn, Charlotte Flynn, Josephine Lahr, Sophia Lahr and Jackson Lahr; his great grandchildren, Kennedy Cawley, Owen Cawley and Wayne Lahr; his former wife Heidi Knowles (Harold) of Ellerslie, GA; his sister Patricia Wolfe (Robert) of Dubuque, IA; his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Lahr (Robert), Lois Lahr (Harold) and Alfred Ortlauf of Columbus, GA.; and also, Don Wolfe (MaryEllen), Pat Steger (Lois), Wayne Steffen of Springhill, FL and Lloyd Smith of Dubuque, IA..
