He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Mary Mrowicki (Kurt) of Chicago, Terry Koch (Pam) of Minneapolis, Julie Womer (Dennis) of Dyersville, Steven Koch (Jessica) of St. Mary, David Koch (Amy) of Eldridge, Michael Koch (Katie) of Ames and Kevin Koch (Alyssa Anderson) of Dubuque; his siblings, Janet Westhoff of Manchester, Jerry Koch (Jeanine) of Dyersville, Ken Koch (Diane) of Petersburg, Carol Cole (Jim) of Hopkinton, Janet Schmitt (Don) of Holy Cross, Joan Feldmann (Les) of Rickardsville, John Decker of Sherrill, Larry Decker (Trudy) of Sherrill and Ann Baumann (Andy) of Dubuque; and his goddaughter Vicki Ries of Earlville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
