He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frasher and Viola Frasher (Dehner); his brothers, Gary Frasher and Robert Frasher Jr.; his parents-in-law, Joe and Lucille Schmitt; and his sister-in-law Janet Patten.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Schmitt; his children, Tracy Pirc (Russ) of Dyersville, Chad Frasher (Kayla) of Earlville, Abby Burnside (Romondo) of Des Moines and Ryan Frasher (Carrie) of Mingo, IA; his stepchildren, Renee Casey (Bryan) of Anamosa, Lynn Schmitz (Dan) of Dyersville, Micki Jones (Ben) of Dyersville and Kevin Boge (Martha) of Cedar Rapids; and his siblings, Patrick Frasher (Sue Ann) of Worthington, Janine Frasher (Gary Trimble) of Polk City, Joan Drees (Jack) of Colesburg and Janet Frasher of Davenport. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
