He is survived by: his mother Vera Steger (Kramer) of Dyersville, IA; his sisters, Gail Helle (Tom) of Dyersville, IA, Gina Ramaekers (Matt) of Carroll, IA and Mary Bratrud (Douglas) of Erskine, MN; and his nieces and nephews, Luke Helle, Mitch Helle, Leah Ramaekers, Jon Ramaekers (Jenna Peters) and Ted Ramaekers.
