It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Malaise of Woolstock, Iowa, born in Clarion, Iowa, who passed away on January 30, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Chapman and Virginia Stout Chapman; her husband Thomas D. Malaise; and her siblings, Pat Hernandez, Ron Chapman and Dan Chapman.
She is survived by: her former husband Alvin L. Jacobs; her children, Laura Lea Mernka of Fort Dodge and Ken Jacobs of Burnsville, MN; and her siblings, Marilyn Kastler of Woolstock, Beth Hilpipre of Woolstock, Bob Chapman of Des Moines, Dave Chapman of Fort Dodge and Jerry Chapman of Clarion. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
