Marietta Barrick Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2020, Marietta Barrick of Woolstock, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andreas William and Margaret Thelma Murray Strodtman; and her siblings, Denise and Robert (Ray A. Barrick). She is survived by: her former husband Raymond Addison Barrick; her children, Michele Rae Barrick of Denver, CO, Murray Ray Barrick (Sarah) of Austin, TX, Michael John Barrick of Houston, TX and Mark Francis Barrick (Tina) of Rockford, IL; and her brothers, Dennis Strodtman of Joliet, IL and John Strodtman of Dewitt. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Private family services will be held now due to COVID restrictions, with a public memorial in 2021.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left in Marietta's memory to St. Thomas Social Justice Committee to be used for food bank items.
