He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey O. Hamer and Florence O. Hamer (Smith); his brother Max Hamer; his nephews, Chad Rink and Dale Hamer; his father-in-law Lloyd Casky; and his brother-in-law Ed Rink.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Casky; his children, Robin Hamer of Woolstock and Michael Hamer of Kansas City, MO; and his sister-in-law Patty Rink of Woolstock.
